Rimmel Infinite colour lipgloss is available in 6 shades. I got “Hear to Stay” which was supposed to be a dark pink color, but when I put it on it turned out to be a pinkish orange color. I strongly advice trying it on before buying it, as the colors in the tubes may not be what they seem.
The lipgloss comes in a double ended stick. One end has the colour, and the other one has the top coat. You apply the color first, let it dry (this takes a few minutes) and then apply the top coat, which improves the color of the base and makes it shiny. You also need to be very careful not to get smudge when you apply the product because it is very difficult to get it off your face. I rubbed and rubbed but it just wouldn’t come off.
Both the color and the top coat are sticky and they made my lips feel dry.
The lipgloss is really longlasting. It is kiss-proof and doesn’t leave any stains. The color faded a little when I ate but it was definitely still there and it wasn’t that bad that you needed to reapply. However, I found the topcoat didn’t last as much and after a while my lips weren’t shiny anymore.
Overall, this product does what it promises. The color stays put for hours and it doesn’t transfer. However it takes too long to apply and it is very hard to take it off, even when you want to. My lips also felt dry.
